milk: 120 ml oat milk
method
matcha: sift the matcha into a bowl, add room temp water to the matcha and create a paste, then add hot water and whisk until you achieve a microfoam.
assemble! fill a glass with ice if desired. pour in the milk, then slowly add the matcha on top. done!

milk: 120 ml oat milk, strawberry syrup
method
matcha: sift the matcha into a bowl, add room temp water to the matcha and create a paste, then add hot water and whisk until you achieve a microfoam.

milk tea: brew the black tea in oat milk on medium heat, then add sugar.
matcha: sift the matcha into a bowl, add room temp water to the matcha and create a paste, then add hot water and whisk until you achieve a microfoam.
cold foam: combine all cold foam ingredients in a bowl and whisk until thick and creamy.
assemble! fill a glass with ice if desired. pour in the milk tea, then slowly add the matcha on top. finish with the cold foam. done!
